1. Who can order
This shop is for business customers only. Orders must be placed on behalf of a registered company, close corporation or other business entity, and a valid VAT number is required. By submitting an order you confirm you're authorised to order for that business.
2. Order requests and acceptance
Submitting an order on this site is a request to buy, not a concluded sale. A contract is formed only when we issue a pro-forma invoice and you pay it. We may decline or amend any order request, for example where stock is unavailable.
3. Prices
Prices are in South African rand and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated. Prices shown are valid on the day the order is submitted. Items marked "price on request" will be priced on your pro-forma invoice. Pro-forma invoices are valid for 7 days.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery is quoted per order based on the delivery address, weight and pack sizes. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to, or collected by, you or your carrier. Please make sure suitable offloading equipment is available for 210 L drums.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full before dispatch, unless you have an approved credit account with us. Online payments are processed by Ozow. Goods stay our property until paid for in full.
6. Inspection, returns and claims
Please inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery note. Report claims in writing within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used product can't be returned unless it's defective. Returns of unopened product are at our discretion and may carry a handling fee.
7. Product use
Technical data is typical and not a specification. Product selection for your application is your responsibility. Our engineers are happy to advise. Store and handle products according to the Safety Data Sheet, which is available on request.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price of the goods concerned. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Privacy
We use the information you provide to process orders, issue invoices and contact you about your order, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We don't sell your information.
